L37 Projects offers a unique “solution provider” approach to Developers looking to develop long term Win, Win solutions in the delivery of their objectives. Projects completed to date have been undertaken under various project models:

Given we regularly undertake our own Developments, we maintain a detailed understanding of a property market and we understand project drivers, the importance of delivery on time, on budget and safety and quality expectations.

We can communicate at your level. Our structure is flexible and responsive with a strong focus on communication with our clients (both Developers and end purchasers).

Build Design

We can custom design townhouses to suit your potential buyer’s needs and ensure market needs are met.

Interior Design

We can take care of interior design by offering standard inclusions for fittings and fixtures as well as a range of pre-designed colour schemes for buyers.


Our in-house Town Planners work with councils to ensure your development moves efficiently through the planning process to construction.

Drafting - Concept to Construction

Our in-house design and drafting team can take the initial concept right through to working drawings and engineering ready for construction.


We can procure all resources required for your development, from trades to equipment and materials we have the in-house resources and suppliers to ensure a cost and time efficient build.


We have the in-house expertise and experience in residential development to manage your development from concept to completion.


Our experienced team of Site Managers regularly manage medium to high density residential developments with up to 100’s of townhouses.

Client Service

We have a dedicated team of Client Service Coordinators to ensure we provide you and your buyers with the highest levels of client service at all stages of the project.


We have the resources to develop marketing collateral and promote your development to its target market to maximise awareness and sales.


We can provide sales personnel to sell units on your behalf.

Our Process

Our construction process involves industry leading Quality Control and OH&S procedures including a dedicated in house Quality Manager overseeing a team of QC Site Managers that inspect every home at several stages throughout each build.

We pride ourselves on adhering to key values of reliability, honesty & integrity and simply “doing what we say we will do”. We regularly review project delivery methods and consider alternative materials, innovative solutions, lateral thinking and challenge the status quo.

We have long standing relationships with key suppliers, contractors, financial institutions and insurers who recognise our experience and capability and are prepared to support our vision.

We offer a very competitive cost structure benefitting from the overall scale of the business, delivering several hundred dwellings per annum.
